Responsibilities

  • Coordination and management of tender responses and submissions for framework bid requests
  • Managing the contract lifecycle from initial request through execution, mid-term usage reviews, renewal and expiry
  • Maintain accurate contract records
  • Price management in SAP
  • Framework activity management in line with our commercial offering/pricing structure ensuring all the business objectives are being met
  • Providing the sales team with contract management and pricing reviews in relation to associated sales against their accounts
  • Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service team on pricing, terms and contract conditions
  • Maintenance of commercial CRM platform

Qualifications

  • Experience working with public orthopaedic frameworks (NHS/TOS)
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and analytical
  • Strong computer literacy, including solid working knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Capable of producing commercial analyses for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively to deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
