Role
- Own day-to-day marketplace operations including catalogue updates, listings, and SEO optimisation
- Monitor account health and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth platform performance
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
- Build and maintain KPI reporting using Excel / Google Sheets
- Support client deliverables and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and high-quality output
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital operations roles
- Amazon Seller Central experience is essential
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with confidence handling data sets
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and spot trends
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
