Brook Street Social Care is proud to work with a leading provider of support and care to vulnerable people with learning disability, ABI, mental health issues and complex support needs across the country. What you'll be doing:
- Lead and oversee the day to day running of 3 supported living services across Liverpool including one new one which will be opening this year, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support and supervise care staff, fostering a positive team culture and professional growth.
- Develop personalised support plans that focus on individual needs and preferences.
- Monitor service performance through audits, feedback, and KPIs, implementing improvements as needed.
- Lead recruitment, training, and staff appraisals to maintain a motivated, skilled workforce.
- Complete regular supervisions and 1‑1's with your team mentoring and empowering them to succeed.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in a leadership role within adult social care, especially with complex needs, mental health, learning disability.
- Relevant qualifications with minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards this.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the passion and commitment to want to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively. Attend meetings, adhere to all internal policies and procedures.
- Have sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures and developing person-centred support plans.
