Role Overview
AV Project Manager – a project manager with good audio visual systems delivery experience, responsible for delivering multiple projects on time and on budget, while working within a team and keeping all colleagues and clients informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high spec corporate, hospitality and commercial AV projects, involving the installation and integration of cutting‑edge audio visual systems, including full presentation systems, IPTV, videoconference systems (ideally Cisco or Poly), MTRs, huddle spaces and related switching and control kit (Crestron).
- Implement systems in boardrooms, training rooms, auditoria, meeting rooms, classrooms, lecture theatres and beyond.
- Manage a team of permanent and freelance installation engineers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and meet quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience delivering high spec corporate, hospitality and commercial AV projects.
- Experience managing projects ranging from £200k to £2mn.
- Strong organisational and team‑management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to keep stakeholders fully informed.
- Experience with integration of cable and wireless AV systems, including experience with Cisco and Poly videoconference systems and Crestron control.
Other Information
Candidates with a solid experience in corporate AV installation who are looking to step up into project management will be considered.
