Site Agent

Overview

We are working with a highly reputable and well-established infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Agent for their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join a business delivering major infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects
• Ensuring all site activities are carried out in line with health & safety requirements
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme targets
• Monitoring project performance, costs, and progress reporting
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring works are delivered to specification
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and the wider project delivery team

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Site Agent within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and project delivery processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• The ability to manage programmes, budgets, and site teams effectively
• A proactive and solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
