The MIS department are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Data Coordinator to join the Student Records team. This is a diverse role which involves working with student data on a daily basis, across several funding streams and through the whole journey from enrolment to certification.
Responsibilities
- Validation and processing of DBS applications
- Supporting both internal and external customers with queries
- Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits
Qualifications
- GCSE English & Maths grade 4-9 or equivalent
- Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Prior data entry experience
- Customer service experience, including the ability to explain complex information
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Self‑motivation and a strong ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of funding streams would be advantageous
- Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2
