An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate level) to join a growing and highly regarded Conveyancing team in Newcastle.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career in a supportive, ambitious environment with leadership and progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, acting on behalf of financial institution clients and ensuring a high standard of client service throughout.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a residential conveyancing sales caseload

\t

Preparing title reports, contracts, auction legal packs, completion statements and TR2s

\t

Liaising with clients, asset managers, third parties and customers to provide regular updates

\t

Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and internal procedures

\t

Supporting, mentoring and helping develop junior fee earners

\t

Assisting with team growth, leadership and succession planning initiatives

Requirements:

•

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE

\t

Strong residential conveyancing xwzovoh experience

\t

Excellent technical knowledge and organisational skills

\t

Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently

\t

Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior team members

\t

Strong communication and client management skills

\t

Experience using case management systems

\t

Experience working with lenders or financial institutions (not essential)

\t

Knowledge of repossession conveyancing transactions (not essential)
