Are you a passionate Science Teacher with a commitment to supporting young people with additional needs? Do you have the resilience, creativity, and dedication to engage students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
We are working with a specialist provision seeking a talented SEN/SEMH Science Teacher to join their supportive and nurturing team.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons.
- Support students with SEMH needs and additional learning barriers
- Foster a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS preferred)
- Experience xwzovoh teaching Science within SEN, PRU, or mainstream settings
- Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students
