Maths Teacher Required for Secondary School in Worthing

Are you a qualified Maths teacher? Are you a strong-willed and confident Maths NQT who has a record of 'Good' or better classroom practice and an understanding of the value of high expectations?

We are working with a supportive and welcoming school in Worthing who are seeking a Maths Teacher to start in September 2026

About the role

This role would give you the opportunity to work in an oversubscribed, innovative and forward thinking school, teaching Maths at KS3/4.

This school has a super Mathematics department staffed by an supportive and experienced team. They have a shared ethos within the department that has enabled them to achieve excellent examination results for the past 8 years. They are continually striving to improve, and endeavour to ensure that every student is provided with an outstanding learning environment that allows them to achieve their best.

This is a full-time, permanent role for a qualified teacher who can fully commit to joining a school with a clear vision and strong ethos.

About you

• A qualified teacher with a formal teaching qualification
• Confident teaching Maths subject at Key Stage 3 and 4 to a range of abilities
• A passion for your subject and education in general
• A desire to work as a team with the rest of the department and the school
