Due to sustained growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are now looking to bring in a high-level Electrical Estimator who can grow into a managerial position and play a key role in shaping the estimating function.You will take ownership of preparing detailed electrical estimates and cost plans for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, while also mentoring junior estimators and contributing to process improvements. Working closely with project and delivery teams, you will ensure seamless handover from tender to execution and help drive commercial success across the business.The ideal candidate would be a Senior Electrical Estimator with experience in the commercial/retail sector looking to progress into a position with a direct pathway into leadership.The Role
