CNC Programmer / MachinistBromsgrove (Commutable from Redditch, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Birmingham).£20 per hour + Monday to Friday + Early Friday Finish + Overtime + Training + 3 Month Contract (Potential to Go Permanent).Are you an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist looking for a varied and hands-on role within a close-knit workshop team? This position offers a competitive hourly rate with overtime opportunities and the potential to secure a permanent role after an initial 3-month contract.This role also provides a great work-life balance, with a Monday to Friday schedule and an early finish on Fridays, alongside the opportunity to work across a range of CNC and manual machinery.This well-established manufacturing business specialises in the production of high-grade stainless-steel components. Due to continued demand, they are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join and support their small, collaborative workshop team.This is a Monday to Friday, site-based role. Key responsibilities include programming and operating CNC machinery using Fusion 360, working from engineering drawings, supporting workshop operations, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.The Role:

• Site-based role.
• Programming and operating CNC milling and turning machinery.
• Working with HAAS machine centres and lathes.
• £20 per hour.
• 3-month contract with potential to go permanent.

The Person:

• Experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist.
• Knowledge of Fusion 360 and working from engineering drawings.
• Comfortable working within a small, multi-skilled team environment.
• Lives within a commutable distance of the Bromsgrove site.
