Property Litigation Paralegal | Legal 500 Firm | Hybrid | £26,000–£30,000 DOE

A Chambers-ranked, Legal 500-recognised law firm is seeking a Property Litigation  Paralegal to join its busy disputes team in the Thames Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation Paralegal, Property Disputes Paralegal, or Junior Legal Professional looking to develop within a high-quality commercial litigation environment.

The team advises commercial landlords, tenants, investors and developers on a wide range of property litigation matters, including both advisory and contentious work.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial lease disputes and lease interpretation
• Rent arrears, service charge disputes and breach of covenant claims
• Lease renewals, termination issues and break clauses
• Dilapidations and end-of-lease obligations
• Lease assignments and ongoing tenant liability
• Co-ownership disputes and TOLATA claims
• General litigation support including drafting, bundles and case management

Your Requirements

• 
  
• Previous experience as a Paralegal, Litigation Assistant, or Property Paralegal
• Exposure to property or commercial litigation
• Strong drafting, organisation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and deadlines
• Confident using case management systems xwzovoh and MS Office
