The opportunity:
We are seeking a senior, commercially astute Procurement & Commercial Manager to support a large offshore renewables programme, working closely with the Lead Procurement & Commercial Manager. This role is heavily negotiation led, with accountability for shaping and closing complex commercial agreements with major suppliers.

You will play a key role in progressing early agreements (PSA type arrangements) through to fully executed contracts, leading negotiations end to end and setting robust market positions that reflect both current supply chain realities and long term programme objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading commercial negotiations with major suppliers, taking ownership of strategy, positions, and outcomes.
- Drafting, reviewing and agreeing key contractual terms and conditions, working in close partnership with Legal and senior stakeholders.
- Driving the progression from early-stage commercial agreements to fully executed contracts within demanding timeframes.
- Acting as a senior commercial interface between the programme and its supply chain, including OEMs and Tier 1 contractors.
- Providing clear, experience based market positions to inform negotiation strategy, governance discussions, and senior decision making.
- Supporting the Lead P&C Manager with complex commercial issues, escalations, and approvals.
- Ensuring negotiated outcomes are commercially robust, executable, and aligned with overall programme risk appetite.
What we’re looking for (essential)
- Significant experience in procurement and commercial management within offshore wind, energy, or comparable major infrastructure sectors.
- A strong track record of end to end commercial negotiations, from initial engagement through to contract signature.
- Experience negotiating directly with OEMs and/or developers, including recent, demonstrable delivery of major agreements.
- High confidence drafting and agreeing complex contractual terms, balancing commercial protection with market practicality.
- Ability to articulate and defend market-informed commercial positions at senior stakeholder level.
- Comfortable operating at pace in a high profile, high value environment with multiple parallel negotiations.
Desirable
- Direct experience negotiating with key offshore wind OEMs or equivalent global suppliers.
- A legal or strong commercial background, either through formal training or extensive hands on contracting experience. xwzovoh
