This opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal is with a leading team supporting energy and infrastructure clients on such matters as acquisition transactions, including the purchase and lease of sub-stations etc, as well as negotiating wayleaves, easements and related variations.

- Managing a busy caseload of acquisition transactions
- Liaising with clients to obtain instructions
- Drafting acquisition documentation and negotiating terms
- Carrying out title reviews
- Assisting with file opening procedures
- Working with data rooms and online trackers
- Managing completions and post-completion matters
Your Experience:
- You will have experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal
- Experience xwzovoh managing a high-volume workload is essential
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to use your initiative
- Strong academic background
