A Birmingham-based marketing and design agency is looking for a Freelance Account Manager to support client delivery during a busy period.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly, manage client relationships and keep projects moving at pace across creative and digital campaigns.
Role: Freelance Account Manager
Day Rate: £150 - £200 per day
Location: Birmingham, hybrid working (1 day onsite)
Start: ASAP
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for briefs, updates and delivery
- Coordinate internal teams across design, content and digital
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative teams
- Maintain strong communication and keep stakeholders aligned
- Support with campaign planning and execution where needed
What you’ll need:
- Experience as an Account Manager within a marketing, creative or digital agency
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with creative and design teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to pick things up quickly
- Available to start immediately
