Business Development Manager – Scotland & North England

The Opportunity

As part of our growth strategy, we are establishing LTC North, covering Scotland and Northern England. We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead market entry, grow client relationships and help establish LTC as a leading tower crane partner in the region.

This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in a new regional division, with full backing from LTC head office and operational support from our existing depots.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy for Scotland & Northern England
• Build strong relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, developers and consultants
• Identify, pursue and manage tender opportunities
• Promote LTC’s tower crane solutions and engineering capability
• Help establish a regional office presence in Scotland
• Support fleet growth planning in line with secured work
• Represent LTC at client meetings, industry events and site visits
• Provide market intelligence to support strategic growth decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in tower crane hire, heavy lifting, or specialist plant rental
• Strong existing network across Scotland and/or Northern England
• Demonstrated success in winning and developing long‑term client accounts
• Commercially astute with a strong understanding of construction procurement
• Self‑starter comfortable working autonomously in a regional role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Location Flexibility:
