Senior Account Director / Account Director – Influencer Marketing & Social
London (Hybrid)
We’re hiring a Senior Account Director to lead high-profile influencer and social-first campaigns for a global agency working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands across fashion, beauty, FMCG, tech and lifestyle.
This role is for someone who is equally comfortable leading senior client relationships, driving strategic direction and overseeing complex campaign delivery across influencer, social, paid and content workstreams.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client accounts, leading both the strategic and commercial direction of campaigns while ensuring delivery remains best-in-class.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading large-scale influencer and integrated social campaigns across multiple markets
- Acting as the senior strategic lead and key point of contact for major client stakeholders
- Overseeing campaign development from brief through to execution, reporting and optimisation
- Driving strategic responses to client briefs, pitches and proposals
- Managing campaign workstreams across influencer, paid social, content, production and creative teams
- Leading account growth through upselling, strategic planning and identifying new opportunities within existing clients
- Overseeing budgets, forecasting, profitability and resource allocation across accounts
- Leading and mentoring Account Directors, Managers and Executives, helping elevate delivery standards across the wider team
- Working closely with internal strategy, creative and paid teams to ensure campaigns are commercially effective as well as creatively strong
- Ensuring all campaigns deliver against KPIs, timelines and client expectations
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience within an influencer, social or digital agency environment
- Experience leading complex, multi-market campaigns for global brands
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, paid social and content strategy
- Commercially confident with experience managing budgets, forecasting and account growth
- Highly client-facing with the ability to build strong senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams
- Calm under pressure and confident managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
- Someone who understands both the creative and operational side of modern social campaigns
