This role sits within our growing Account Management team and is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, contribute strategically, and support the delivery of brilliant client work.
About the RoleAs Senior Account Executive, your role will be varied, giving you the opportunity to experience every stage of an influencer marketing campaign, from creative ideation and creator research through to campaign delivery, reporting, and client communication.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative Account Management team, with significant scope to contribute creatively and strategically. We want to empower you to thrive without hand-holding. You will be given clear strategic direction and support, while being trusted to bring your own expertise, personality, and judgement to the work.
This role is well suited to someone with a strong interest in influencer culture, social media, and digital marketing, who enjoys solving problems, managing detail, and building strong relationships with clients, creators, and colleagues.
The role is fully remote, although occasional attendance may be required for in-person client meetings, events, or team days. We also have an HQ office in Moorgate, London, which you can use as much or as little as you like. Depending on your location, there may also be opportunities to work collaboratively in person with other members of the team on a regular basis.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Campaign Delivery and Account Management- Supporting the planning, delivery, optimisation, and reporting of influencer marketing campaigns
- Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, documents, and client updates with accuracy and care
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating internal and client-facing media plans, proposals, trackers, and reports across Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Preparing client-facing and supplier-facing documents to a high standard
- Supporting the creation of proposal slides, pitch materials, and campaign presentations
- Continuously evaluating campaign performance and proactively recommending improvements
- Compiling, maintaining, and analysing accurate, transparent, and insightful campaign reports
- Understanding what ROI looks like across different client objectives and helping communicate campaign performance clearly
- Meeting internal and client targets in a proactive, positive, and solutions-focused way
Influencer Research and Relationship Management- Identifying suitable influencers and creators for campaigns across a range of sectors, audiences, and platforms
- Building strong creator shortlists and recommendations based on audience relevance, content quality, brand fit, and campaign objectives
- Hosting outreach sessions and supporting creator communication where needed
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge of influencers, creator communities, social trends, and emerging verticals
- Building rapport with creators, clients, and partners in both formal and informal settings
Client Communication and Presentations- Attending client meetings and helping to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contributing confidently to client calls, pitches, presentations, and campaign discussions
- Supporting post-campaign analysis and reporting sessions with clients
- Communicating clearly, professionally, and proactively with clients, suppliers, creators, and internal teams
- Bringing a client-focused mindset to your work, ensuring that campaign delivery feels organised, thoughtful, and well managed
Creative and Strategic Contribution- Contributing to creative and strategic ideas sessions
- Bringing knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behaviour into campaign planning
- Keeping up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, formats, trends, and best practice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Twitch, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Challenging the status quo of how Pepper runs campaigns and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and service offering
- Helping spot gaps, risks, or opportunities within campaign plans and contributing thoughtful solutions
Team Collaboration and Development- Working independently, with light support and oversight from a manager where needed
- Supporting junior and intermediate team members by sharing knowledge, tools, feedback, and guidance
- Acting as a responsible and supportive peer within the Account Management team
- Taking ownership of your own learning and development, working towards agreed goals and milestones
- Contributing to a collaborative, proactive, and human-first team culture

Essential Requirements- At least two years’ previous experience working in an agency environment
- Previous experience in influencer marketing or a closely related area of digital marketing, such as social media, paid social, PPC, or creator partnerships
- A solid understanding of major social platforms and how their algorithms, formats, and communities work
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- A proven record of supporting or running successful campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Must be based in the UK and able to work hours compatible with the UK working day
