About Pepper

The fundamentals of advertising have not changed: telling the right story, in the right place, to the right people.

Pepper is a multi-award-winning, full-service social agency delivering communication-led strategies that create measurable, impactful campaigns across influencer marketing, paid media, organic social, UGC, production, and research.

Founded in 2019 by Forbes 30 Under 30 co-founders, Pepper has built a reputation for combining creativity with research, strategic thinking, and a human-first approach. Our work spans influencer marketing, organic social, paid media, and research for clients including the Financial Times, HM Government, Tripadvisor, and Disney.

As the agency continues to grow, strong operational delivery is essential to maintaining the quality, care, and consistency our clients expect. This role sits within our growing Account Management team and is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, contribute strategically, and support the delivery of brilliant client work.

About the Role

As Senior Account Executive, your role will be varied, giving you the opportunity to experience every stage of an influencer marketing campaign, from creative ideation and creator research through to campaign delivery, reporting, and client communication.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative Account Management team, with significant scope to contribute creatively and strategically. We want to empower you to thrive without hand-holding. You will be given clear strategic direction and support, while being trusted to bring your own expertise, personality, and judgement to the work.

This role is well suited to someone with a strong interest in influencer culture, social media, and digital marketing, who enjoys solving problems, managing detail, and building strong relationships with clients, creators, and colleagues.

The role is fully remote, although occasional attendance may be required for in-person client meetings, events, or team days. We also have an HQ office in Moorgate, London, which you can use as much or as little as you like. Depending on your location, there may also be opportunities to work collaboratively in person with other members of the team on a regular basis.
