We are currently working with a renowned client within the creative industry with amazing offices in Central Manchester.

They are looking for an experienced PA to support their executive with a range of responsibilities on the business side with some private duties in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will be highly organised and proactive and able to work at their offices 5 days a week.

The Role

• Provide high-level administrative and organisational support

• Manage complex and ever-changing diary, demonstrating strong forward planning and prioritisation

• Coordinate and reschedule appointments across multiple stakeholders and time zones

• Prepare meetings including briefing documents, presentations, room bookings, hospitality and materials

• Organise domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries

• Draft correspondence and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion

• Support the preparation of presentations and key business documentation

• Attend meetings to capture actions and ensure clear communication follow-up

• Provide ad hoc administrative support to other Directors

• Coordinate leadership visits, seminars, celebrations and internal events

• Act as a liaison between the CEO, head office and external partners to ensure seamless information flow

• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant within a fast-paced, high-demand environment

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership

• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and remain proactive

• High level of discretion, confidentiality and integrity

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders

• Calm and agile approach when managing unforeseen changes or challenges

• Autonomous and solutions-oriented mindset

• Strong customer-service orientation and collaborative approach

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

• Structured, positive and team-focused attitude

• Commercial awareness and a growth mindset

• Ability to thrive in an operationally complex, high-expectation environment
