We’re working with a fast-growing business looking for a Commercial Team Manager to lead a fast-paced client delivery function. This role is ideal for someone who loves leading people, driving performance and creating a positive, high-energy culture.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and developing a team through team leaders
- Acting as a player-manager, supporting the team day-to-day while driving overall performance
- Coaching and developing different personalities and management styles
- Driving pace, accountability and commercial awareness across the team
- Working closely with senior leadership during an exciting period of growth
- Helping teams navigate change, growth and new ways of working
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence making decisions
- Someone who naturally brings energy and positivity into a team
- A proactive, adaptable and resilient mindset
- Confidence working in a visible, collaborative office environment
