Core Skills:
- Assessing and documenting current-state finance processes
- Designing future-state finance operating models
- Ability to size a finance function and estimate costs with minimal information
- Estimating finance overheads and systems costs
Experience with:
- Sell-side separation planning
- Finance function integrations
- Cost-out or finance transformation in a M&A deal context
