Based in the Presentation Suite within our Mayfair office, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Presentation Suite, as well as delivering the highest levels of customer service to all visitors. They will be polished, friendly and articulate.
The Presentation Suite Assistant will be expected to have the ability to operate autonomously and be able to undertake any task with confidence and enthusiasm.
They will ultimately be an ambassador for the Caudwell brand and the development.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Full ownership of the Presentation Suite calendar.
- General administrative support for sales, spreadsheets, expenses, travel arrangements,
- Responsible for all scheduled maintenance and be the first point of contact for all reactive maintenance, as well as liaising with the Asset Management Team on building maintenance to reduce disruption to the sales experience.
- Preparing the Presentation Suite for visitors, ensuring all IT is ready to use, fridges are stocked and rooms are set up as required.
- Meet and greet visitors and serving refreshments.
- Reset the Presentation Suite after use.
- Maintain kitchen/hosting supplies.
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.
Experience and attributes
- Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or customer facing role.
- Strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner.
- Well organised with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel. Outlook and PowerPoint
- Diary management
