The Role:

This role will take ownership of developing the brand’s commercial presence across Grocery Retail and Pet Specialist channels in the UK. You will be responsible for building strong buyer relationships, securing new listings, driving revenue growth, and managing key customer partnerships. The position requires a commercially strong individual who can operate strategically whilst also being hands-on in delivering growth, forecasting, and overall P&L performance.

You:

• Strong background within the UK Pet Food industry
• Well-networked across UK Grocery Retail and Pet Specialist channels
• Proven success within National Account Management or Channel Leadership roles
• Strong commercial and P&L management capability
• Track record of developing buyer relationships and delivering revenue growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
