Millbrook Business Finance Ltd is continuing to grow, and we are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Northampton head office as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

This is a high-energy, high-volume outbound sales role and an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within the business finance industry. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for self-generating qualified business finance opportunities for Account Managers across the company. You will speak directly with business owners, directors, professional introducers, and commercial decision-makers across the UK, helping identify funding requirements and introducing businesses to the right finance solutions.

This role is heavily telephone-focused and requires candidates who are comfortable making 150+ outbound B2B calls per day consistently. Success in this position comes from activity, resilience, confidence, and the ability to create opportunities through proactive outbound engagement. This is a fully office-based role at our Northampton head office. We believe the collaborative office environment is a key part of the training, development, culture, and success of the team, so applicants must be able to reliably commute to the office each working day.


Working Hours

This role is Monday to Friday and operates across two shift patterns depending on business requirements:

Candidates must be flexible and willing to work either shift pattern when required. These working hours are designed to maximise engagement with UK business owners and decision-makers while ensuring strong collaboration with the wider sales team.
