About the Role


We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our RPO team in Northampton. As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you’ll provide vital administrative and operational support across the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll help keep recruitment processes running smoothly, support sourcing activity, and ensure a first‑class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
