This is an opportunity to revolutionise the demand planning strategy for one of the UK’s largest FMCG groups!

When you’re producing under one of countries most well-known brands, your supply chain department needs to be world-class. The demand for this product is, quite simply, huge. So, we’re looking find a “top shelf” demand planning expert, if you’ll pardon the pun, to come in and transform the way things work.

We need a manager who is very experienced in demand planning. Not someone who knows a bit about it, or used to be a demand planner 20 years ago. Someone who is happy to come in, manage a small team, but remain very hands on with the demand management strategy.

In return for your hard-work & knowledge, you’ll be rewarded with a salary of circa £55,000 - £60,000, a 15% bonus, car allowance, 10% pension contribution, 36 hour week, 26 days annual leave + bank holidays off, 3 days working from home per week and enormous career progression opportunities!

What will you need?

• Significant & recent demand planning knowledge
• Experience of managing supply chain teams
• A passion for supply chain process transformation – and ability to roll out!
