In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving the continued success of Jockey Club Experiences across our portfolio of high-profile events. YOU’LL BE DOING
- Identifying and targeting new commercial customers and untapped market sectors, developing tailored outreach strategies to generate leads and secure new business.
- Achieving business targets through proactive sales activity, including generating and attending client meetings.
- Planning, and hosting client site visits, meetings, exhibitions, and open days to showcase services and build strong relationships.
- Growing revenue from our existing customer base to meet and exceed targets, ensuring consistently high levels of repeat business.
- Managing all client correspondence, handling and converting incoming enquiries through to confirmed bookings and contracted business.
- Proactively sell to prospective customers by thoroughly researching their needs and applying effective conversion techniques to win new business for the region and wider group.
- Producing accurate and timely weekly sales and activity reports to track performance against targets
