We’re looking for Makaton Support Professionals to join our growing community at Dals.

‘Freelance’

This means you’ll work on a self‑employed basis, choosing your own hours, travel distance, and number of assignments to suit your lifestyle.

As a freelance professional with Dals, you’ll attend appointments in person to support individuals with communication needs. You’ll help bridge communication gaps in settings such as education, healthcare, and public services, making every interaction count.

What will you do?

• Support live communication using Makaton
• Help individuals understand information and express themselves
• Work alongside teachers, professionals, and service providers
• Deliver accurate, respectful, and person‑centred support
• Use our app to manage your availability and assignments
• Provide excellent service that enables access to vital services
