Accounts Manager

A well-established and growing 18-partner accountancy practice in West London is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing Accounts Team!

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified Accounts Professional within well respected Accountancy Practice with a strong reputation across owner-managed businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurial clients upr to £100 million.

This is a newly created role that will see you supporting an experienced Partner and will sit between them and the team.

This is a varied portfolio of clients across accounts preparation, advisory work, and personal tax compliance, whilst revewing the work on the Seniors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and private clients
• Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
• Overseeing personal tax compliance for directors, entrepreneurs, and HNWIs
• Providing proactive tax planning and business advisory support
• Managing workflow, deadlines, and client relationships
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Assisting partners with practice development and networking opportunities

To secure this great role you will be building your career in Accountancy Practice and be -

• ACA / ACCA and/or CTA qualified
• Working at Manager or Senior Manager level within practice
• Experienced in both accounts and personal tax
• Confident managing client relationships independently
• Commercially aware with strong communication skills
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a partner-led environment
