Working Arrangements: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Hourly Rate: £52.46 PAYE or £70.81 Umbrella

We’re looking for 2 experienced Engineering Project Managers to join a leading Electronic Systems Engineering team in Rochester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong electronics engineering background who has progressed into technical project leadership and enjoys working closely with engineering teams, stakeholders and customers to deliver complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering projects through the full lifecycle
• Manage project delivery against cost, schedule and quality targets
• Provide technical direction and programme leadership
• Liaise with stakeholders, support teams and customers
• Support and guide engineering teams to successful delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in Electronics Engineering
• Proven experience leading Engineering projects
• Aerospace, Avionics, Defence or Maritime experience preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• HNC minimum qualification
• Agile project experience beneficial
