Senior to Associate Town Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Planner to join a highly respected independent planning consultancy with offices across Devon and Cornwall. This role is open to experienced professionals operating at Senior Planner through to Associate level who are looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, leisure, energy, and heritage developments, you will have the opportunity to lead high-quality planning projects, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and commercial aspects of planning consultancy and is keen to develop their profile within a well-established and growing team.

The Role

• Lead and manage planning projects from inception through to delivery.
• Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and appeals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and contribute to team growth.
• Work collaboratively across a varied and high-quality project portfolio.

About You

• RTPI Chartered Planner.
• Strong and broad planning consultancy experience.
• Commercially aware with a solid understanding of development projects.
• Experienced in managing projects and client relationships.
• Motivated, proactive, and career-driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
