Interesting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser / Broker to join a growing wealth management and property-focused business, with exciting expansion plans currently underway — including the acquisition of an established estate agency operation in Sevenoaks.

This position would suit somebody who enjoys relationship-building, values long-term client relationships and wants to operate within a more holistic advisory environment rather than a purely transactional brokerage model.

The business is well-established, growth-focused and investing heavily into technology, infrastructure and client experience.

The Opportunity:

• Manage and develop mortgage client relationships

• Work closely with property buyers, introducers and internal stakeholders

• Opportunity to cross-refer into wider financial planning / wealth services

• Blend of inbound opportunities, relationship-led business and self-generation

• Long-term progression potential as the wider group expands

Location:

South East London / Kent

Package:

• £35k–£45k basic

• Commission structure

• Long-term growth potential

Looking For:

• Existing mortgage adviser / broker experience

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercially minded but client-focused approach

• Ambitious and professional mindset
