Role Purpose

Build, develop and manage commercial and marketing partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and incremental revenue. This role will own the influencer programme, brand ambassador strategy, supplier co-funding relationships and co-marketing campaigns across all three brands.


Key Responsibilities

Supplier & Commercial Partnerships – Identify, negotiate and manage strategic supplier partnerships – Secure co-funding contributions and joint marketing budgets from key suppliers – Develop co-marketing campaigns with supplier partners – Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with supplier contacts


Influencer Marketing – Develop and own the influencer strategy across all three brands – Identify, brief and manage influencer relationships at micro, mid and macro tier – Negotiate influencer fees and contracts – Track influencer campaign performance and ROI


Brand Ambassador Programme – Launch and manage a brand ambassador programme across key markets – Recruit, onboard and manage brand ambassadors – Create ambassador toolkits, content briefs and community initiatives – Measure ambassador impact on brand awareness and acquisition


Co-Marketing & Affiliate - Identify co-marketing opportunities with complementary brands – Manage any affiliate or referral marketing programmes – Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team on partner-facing materials – Report on partnership performance monthly to the leadership team
