- Lead Science across KS3-KS5, strengthening curriculum quality, assessment, modelling and intervention
- As Head of Science, you will drive clear checks for understanding, close knowledge gaps and raise attainment
- Published outcomes at the end of Year 11 are positive, with students well prepared for next steps
- The school identifies SEND accurately and provides appropriate support; you will ensure Science teaching is adapted for SEND and EHCP learners
- Candidates must hold QTS, have strong subject knowledge and a proven record of improving outcomes in Science
- The appointed Head of Science will need excellent behaviour management, curriculum leadership and staff development skills
