What We Are Looking For

Gimblet Rock Holiday Park is our luxury holiday park on the Llŷn Peninsula, one of the most strikingly beautiful stretches of coastline in Wales. Rated 5 stars by Visit Wales, situated next to Pwllheli Marina with miles of golden sand on the doorstep and Snowdonia National Park just minutes away, this is a park that sells itself to anyone who sets foot on it. What it needs is a sales advisor who can match that setting with real skill and genuine passion for people.

We’re looking for a results-driven, people-first Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join the team. You’ll be offering buyers the opportunity to own a holiday home at one of the finest parks in North Wales, showcasing luxury lodges and static caravans to prospective owners, and taking ownership of the entire sales journey from first conversation to keys in hand.

Unleash Your Earning Potential

Starting salary of £30,00 based on experience | OTE of over £60,000 with the opportunity to earn even more

This role comes with an unlimited commission plan. The harder you work, the more you’ll earn, the limit does not exist.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor at Gimblet Rock, you’ll be the person who meets, engages and builds genuine relationships with prospective buyers. You’ll give them the insight they need to make a confident, informed decision about holiday home ownership at a five star park and you’ll make the whole journey feel exciting rather than daunting.

One more thing, holidays happen at holiday times. You’ll need to be at your best at weekends and bank holidays, because that’s when the park is at its busiest and buyers are on site.

Skills, Experience and Qualities You’ll Need

First and foremost, you are a people person. You have a real talent for making customers feel genuinely special. Whether on the phone or face to face. It’s in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen.

Nice to Have but Not Essential

We won’t hold it against you if you don’t tick every box below, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.

Whatever your background, we will provide full product training and ongoing support to make sure you can guide every customer from first enquiry to completion with confidence.

Our Values, What It’s Like Here

Gimblet Rock isn’t your average holiday park. Sitting on the southern shore of the Llŷn Peninsula it’s a place with a genuinely exceptional setting. Our owners come back year after year because they’ve invested in something they love, somewhere they belong. Your job is to help new buyers find that same feeling.

Here you will work where people matter, in a friendly, family-run business surrounded by a supportive team. We have a can do, people centred culture that runs through everything we do. We’re proud of our park, proud of our owners, and proud of the team that makes it all happen. If you bring positive energy, a strong work ethic and genuine warmth for people, you’ll fit right in.

We believe in promoting from within. If you’re ambitious, there is a real career path here across Pario Holiday Parks not just a job.
