I’m currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a long-established engineering business based in Wednesbury.

This is a genuinely solid opportunity for somebody looking for stability, decent working hours and a company where people tend to stay long term.

The role will involve programming, setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines, working from engineering drawings and producing precision components within a busy machine shop environment.

What they’re looking for:

• Previous CNC programming experience (ideally 3+ years)
• Experience with FANUC or similar controls
• Confident setting and operating machines independently
• Ability to read engineering drawings accurately
• Castings experience would be useful, but not essential

What’s on offer:

• £18.00 - £20.00 per hour depending on experience
• Overtime available
• Early finish every Friday
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
