Asset Manager

Highly capitalised private property investment group seeking a RICS qualified Asset Manager to join its growing UK real estate platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the day-to-day asset management of a diversified commercial property portfolio across the UK
• Work closely with senior leadership on value enhancement initiatives, leasing strategies, capital projects and portfolio performance
• Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, refinancing processes and new investment opportunities
• Liaise with managing agents, external consultants, legal advisers and other key stakeholders
• Support leasing activity including rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings across the portfolio
• Involvement in financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, hold/sell analysis and quarterly reporting
• Opportunity to contribute to wider strategic initiatives and long-term business planning

Background & Experience

• Ideal candidate will be 1-3 years post MRICS qualified with experience in asset management, valuation, agency or investment management
• Proven experience across the UK real estate/property market
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and communication skills required
• Diverse and entrepreneurial role offering significant autonomy, responsibility and career development London-based position with hybrid working and some UK travel required
