Love being proactive, organised, and juggling multiple priorities
Thrive on building strong client and candidate relationships
Are commercially minded but never lose sight of the human side
Speak fluent English (bonus points for a second language!)
Have 2–3+ years in recruitment, sales, real estate, or something similar
*Here’s what we’re offering:*
£28,000–£35,000+ base salary (DOE)
Full package: £38,000–£50,000+ with performance bonus (£10–20k p.a.)
3 days in our lovely West London office, 2 days working from home
