Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Significant previous experience delivering reactive and PPM building services maintenance. Experience working within facilities management or building services in commercial properties. One of the following electrical qualifications: NVQ 2356 / 2357 and NVQ 2356 AM2, or City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation with AM1 and AM2, or City & Guilds 236/2360 Electrical Installations Part 1 & 2. 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Recognised electrical apprenticeship. City & Guilds 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing). JIB accreditation. IPAF and/or PASMA certification. Authorised Person (AP) Information City & Guilds 2391 (required to become the Authorised Person). £2,000 Authorised Person allowance payable once AP status is achieved. AP qualification typically achieved within approximately 3 months. AP duties to be carried out across the whole of East Anglia.
