Your Mission

To own and drive the hotelu2019s revenue strategy, turning insights into action. Youu2019ll work closely with the General Manager, on-property team, and the wider franchise group to maximise performance across rooms (and beyond), ensuring weu2019re always one step ahead of the market.

This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to a broader cluster function, collaborating closely with the Group Revenue team based in Dublin to align strategies, share best practice, and support overall commercial performance across the portfolio.

What Youu2019ll Be Doing

Own the numbers u2013 Analyse performance, booking trends, and market data to shape pricing, forecasting, and strategy.

Drive revenue u2013 Maximise room and total revenue through smart decisions, upselling opportunities, and tactical planning.

Know the market u2013 Keep a close eye on competitors, demand patterns, and local trends to keep us ahead of the game.

Lead strategy conversations u2013 Run weekly revenue meetings with key stakeholders to align on performance and priorities.

Make data make sense u2013 Deliver clear, actionable reports and forecasts that keep the team informed and agile.

Collaborate across the hotel u2013 Work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Reservations to ensure strategy turns into results.

Work at cluster level u2013 Partner with the Dublin-based Group Revenue team to support wider portfolio initiatives, alignment, and knowledge sharing.

Own distribution & merchandising u2013 Manage availability, channels, and positioning to maximise visibility and conversion.

Support and develop u2013 Share your knowledge, support training, and help elevate commercial thinking across the team.

Hotel experience is key u2013 Youu2019ve worked in revenue (or a similar commercial role) within a hotel environment and understand the rhythm of the business.

A self-starter u2013 You take initiative, own your space, and donu2019t wait to be told what to do.
