The Role:
Reporting into the the Group Head of HR the HR Officer will support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes across global offices but mainly UK.
- Managing HR administration including contracts, offer letters, and employee records
- Coordinating recruitment processes and liaising with agencies and hiring managers
- Assisting with employee relations matters, policies, and HR procedures
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration
- Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee data
- Coordinating learning & development initiatives and training schedules
- Assisting with performance review and appraisal processes
- Supporting compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and stakeholders globally
Requirements:
- 4 + years previous experience within an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrator role
- Background experience in financial services, fintechs and/or professional services.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration
- Experience working within a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable
- Experience supporting international offices or global teams is advantageous
