Regional HR Partner - Maternity Cover (Senior)

Ridge and Partners LLP is looking for a People Partner based in the Northern region of the UK to provide maternity cover until August 2027. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping and delivering effective people strategies across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading change initiatives, managing people practices, and fostering strong relationships with business leaders.
