Location: Southampton (projects across Hampshire & West Sussex)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Package

We’re working alongside a well-respected Tier Two main contractor based in Hampshire that continues to grow steadily across the south coast. With a strong pipeline of work from Southampton through to West Sussex, they’re now looking to bring an experienced Site Manager into the team to support delivery on a flagship £15 million new-build project. • Support and contribute to a positive, well-run site environment

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on new-build or complex projects
  • Comfortable managing internal packages on larger schemes
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and quality control
  • Calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
  • Someone looking for long-term stability with a reputable regional contractor

  • Annual performance bonus
  • Clear route for progression within the business
