Bompard is looking for a Store Manager for our Hampstead boutique, starting in April/May 2026.
As a true brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving performance and leading your team with energy, elegance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring the Bompard Experience to Life: Welcome every client with authenticity, elegance and attention to detail.
- Share the story behind our iconic pieces through inspiring and engaging storytelling.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our collections to create a truly personalised client experience.
- Train and coach your team on product knowledge and client experience standards.
- Organise in-store events in collaboration with Head Office teams.
- Ensure the boutique is always beautifully presented and aligned with brand standards.
Store Operations & Performance
- Oversee the daily operations of the boutique (opening/closing, HR administration, logistics, visual merchandising).
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards.
- Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory control.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular performance follow-ups and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Lead daily briefings and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Inspire your team to deliver a unique and memorable client experience.
