- Creating tailored and memorable customer experiences for both B2B and B2C visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects the Steelcase brand
- Collaborating closely with sales teams, dealers, and partners to design and execute impactful client visits aligned with business objectives
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including space readiness, scheduling, catering, and technology setup for client engagements
- Coordinating logistics for mock-ups, materials, and product displays, ensuring the space is always presented at a high standard
- Overseeing customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective follow-up
- Maintaining the showroom environment, materials library, and supplies to support both client and employee experience
- Handling facilities-related activities and vendor coordination, ensuring seamless operations and quick resolution of issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role within a B2B environment preferably
- Experience working in operational environments such as showrooms, facilities, or similar spaces
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels
- Comfort working with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and technology
- Understanding of health & safety practices in a workplace environment
