This is a great job for someone who loves solving meaningful problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited by the challenge of making organisations more secure. Are you someone who enjoys variety, welcomes complexity, and wants to deepen your knowledge of cyber security in a global setting? Do you love to work with different teams, shape change from the ground up, and influence how critical security processes and systems evolve? This role might suit someone with experience in business analysis within a large or complex organisation, ready to step up into a global remit, or newly energized by the opportunity to apply their skills to cyber transformation. It is also a great fit for someone who enjoys stakeholder management and is motivated by work that directly protects customers, colleagues, data, and the business.
You’ll be joining Aviva’s Global Cyber Change team, a group dedicated to strengthening our security capability across all markets. In this role, you’ll be accountable for shaping and scoping potential projects and programmes, including defining requirements that enhance processes, systems, and controls linked to business protection, cyber security threats, and vulnerabilities. You’ll help create or evolve Target Operating Models and support the delivery of a consistent global set of security tools and services. Your work will directly contribute to Aviva’s ability to Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover—keeping our customers and our people safe.
We’re inclusive and welcome everyone – we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences. Excited but not sure you tick every box? Even if you don’t, we would still encourage you to apply. We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares. We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working – spending around 50% of their time in our offices every week – combining the benefits of flexibility, with time together with colleagues.
