- Build strong, trusted relationships with Practice and Area Managers to understand their needs and support them effectively
- Balance operational delivery with a more strategic approach, helping to identify future hiring needs through workforce planning and forecasting
- Manage the full recruitment journey end-to-end - from brief through to offer and onboarding
- Work closely with the wider People team to create a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Spend time in practices and at area meetings, building connections and understanding the business first-hand
- Screen candidates to ensure they not only meet role requirements, but are a great cultural fit too
- Proactively build and nurture talent pools using a mix of traditional and more creative attraction methods
- Ensure everything is delivered in line with resourcing processes, with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
- Look for opportunities to continuously improve how we do things, helping us deliver a best-in-class resourcing service
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in resourcing, gained within an agency, RPO or in-house environment
- Confident direct sourcing skills, using a wide range of channels and approaches to find great talent
- Experience managing high volumes of vacancies, working to tight deadlines and ambitious targets
- A proven track record of delivering results, particularly in high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and support stakeholders at all levels
- Able to prioritise effectively and manage a fast-paced, ever-changing workload
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (eArcu experience would be a bonus)
- Strong influencing, consulting and negotiation skills, including working with senior leaders and clinicians
- A resilient, proactive and solution-focused approach
