Portfolio Manager – Private Markets (French Speaking)
Corpay is looking to hire a Portfolio Manager (French speaking) within our cross‑border payments division. This role belongs to the Alpha Group line of business and is based in Paddington, London. In this position you will build and grow your own portfolio of high‑value private market clients, combining new business development with account management. You will engage directly with C‑suite decision makers at mid‑to‑large businesses, helping them manage their FX and cross‑border payment needs.
The role offers uncapped residual commission, meaning you continue earning from the clients you bring on as your portfolio grows.
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify potential clients to build a database of leads.
- Own telephone communication and engage with C‑level executives of medium‑large businesses across a diverse range of sectors; primary method of engagement will be cold calling.
- Learn clients’ businesses and uncover key problems and challenges, while educating them on how Alpha’s solutions can solve them.
- Work closely with analysts and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients; over time, learn to develop these solutions independently.
- Develop trusted relationships with your existing portfolio to retain business and grow your portfolio.
- Eventually handle all aspects of the portfolio on the largest traded market in the world.

Previous FX sales experience is not required, but prior experience in new‑business/outbound sales is ideal.
