• Continuously improve release management and readiness processes
• Lead communications & upgrades strategies
• Monitor adoption of new packages & tools

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge within a commercial environment
• Release management process knowledge
• Salesforce platform expeirence & understanding of how applications are delivered within the ecosystem
• Track record managing product releases
