About the Team

About the Role

Head of DR nationwide, ranked as a Leading Individual in Chambers & Partners (2024 edition) and listed as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 (2024 edition). This role is for a circa 3+ PQE Property Litigation lawyer to join the team and advance their career.

Key Responsibilities

The team's specialisms and breadth of work is wide and you will be involved, working alongside more senior members of the team and on your own matters, in high‑value and complex disputes/projects. Typical work includes:

• All aspects of commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Development disputes
• Disputes relating to land, including easements, restrictive covenants and rights to light

Your Skills and Qualifications

The team has a number of dedicated Property litigators, so detailed knowledge of Property litigation is not essential. Candidates should be ambitious, hardworking, self‑motivated, demonstrate excellent legal capability with strong attention to detail, and be adaptable, organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn. Minimum requirements include at least 3 years’ litigation experience and an interest in business development.
